CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are expected to arrive with good personal hygiene and a positive attitude to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for everyone. Please note that failure to follow this guideline may affect the ability to book future appointments. Please arrive on time for your appointment, as a late fee will apply if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you are running behind, kindly contact me so I can determine whether I can still accommodate your service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment and a fee will be charged. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 30% fee. No exceptions.
